All events require a licensed and insured caterer. We highly recommend the professional services from one of our Preferred Vendors.
By using one of our Preferred Vendors, clients are guaranteed that Caterer meets all of our rules and regulations stated on our room rental agreement, as well as receive a complimentary setup hour (total of three hours for set up instead of standard two) for every event hosted at the Shane Center. If client should require additional hours, they will obtain a discounted fee of $125 p/hr instead of the customary $175 p/hr.
